O’Shae & Sons latest project “The Cape Code” flaunts a show-stopping lifestyle-centric custom home that features the most innovative products and luxury finishes.

The universally designed home features inclusive living spaces that are easy for people of all ages and abilities to navigate. One of the many standout features is the lift enabling easy access to level 1 and the rooftop terrace. A custom made aluminium DecoSplash was the ideal splashback choice being a lightweight product that is completely non-combustible. Among the home’s many luxury features is the visually striking DecoSplash on the rooftop terrace. The space features a brand-new design from the Bespoke Collection – Art Deco.

Being a solid aluminium and powder coated product, DecoSplash is the perfect splashback for outdoor kitchens, bars and alfresco’s. Requiring very little maintenance, the aluminium splashback will repel anything trying to stick to it. The Super Durable powder coat finish is also unaffected by harsh weather conditions and is UV stable.

The ‘Art Deco’ design was selected to add a pop of colour to the rooftop terrace and complement the home’s unique style.
