How to install DecoSplash®
DecoSplash® installation is straightforward and requires only a few standard materials and tools. Lightweight and easy to lift into place DecoSplash® is DIY-friendly, or can be fitted by any carpenter or cabinet-maker.
DecoSplash complies with the requirements of the NCC as a Non-Combustible Material. As per AS5601.1*, all sheet metal facing material adjacent to domestic cooking appliances must be a minimum thickness of 0.4mm and requires a backing material of either: Fibre Cement board of minimum 12mm thickness; or Fibre Cement board of minimum 6mm thickness over 10mm gypsum-based wall board
